Join All Winds Adventures for a collaborative workshop designed for sailors, skippers, and windsurfers. Facilitated by Dave, a watersports coach with 35 years of experience and a background in Sports Science, this session goes beyond standard theory.
What We Will Workshop:
- The Psychology of Panic: Using sports science principles to understand how stress affects decision-making at sea.
- The “10-Second Reset”: Practical mental tools to regain control when chaos hits.
- Scenario Analysis: We invite YOU to bring your “near-miss” stories. We will anonymously analyse real scenarios from the group to discuss what went wrong and how to fix it.
- Prevention vs. Cure: Identifying the “Chain of Disaster” before it breaks.
